Problem Note 63365: The total amount for the alerts grid is always 0 after the Triage and Entity Details pages initially load in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

After the Triage page first loads, the alerts grid under the Summary section shows a zero for the total amount in the statement "XX active alerts, total 0."
After you select a specific entity, the total amount is updated to reflect the correct amount.
The same behavior is seen in the grid under Alerts and Transactions on the Entity Details page after the page initially loads. The total amount shows as 0 in the statement about total active alerts. However, selecting a record from the grid updates the total to reflect the correct amount.
This issue was fixed in Hot Fix 6.
