Problem Note 60538: The ODS PACKAGE destination generates an unreadable ZIP file when the package content size exceeds four gigabytes

A note like the following is written to the SAS log when you use the ODS PACKAGE destination to generate a ZIP file that exceeds four gigabytes in size:
NOTE: ZIP entry xxx has an uncompressed size, compressed size, or header offset that is too large
for the version 2.0 ZIP format.
Switching to the version 4.5 ZIP format.

Switching to the version 4.5 ZIP format.
This note indicates that version 4.5 of the ZIP format was generated rather than the default version 2.0. When the 4.5 ZIP version of this ZIP file is created with ODS PACKAGE, it creates an invalid file. This generates errors in the application that is used to unzip the file.
There is currently no circumvention for this issue.
