Problem Note 59527: New programs might unexpectedly be added to the top of a process flow in SAS® Enterprise Guide®
In SAS Enterprise Guide 7.13, new programs are added to the top of the process flow. This issue can cause the programs to run out of order. In previous releases, new programs are added to the end of the process flow.
