Problem Note 59335: SAS® clients cannot connect to a Windows grid cluster

The object spawner runs out of file handles when more than 16,000 connections are made to a Windows grid cluster. Once this limit is reached, clients are no longer able to make connections to the cluster.
A workaround is to restrict the number of jobs submitted to the grid.
