In SAS Enterprise Case Management, a request to retrieve data with the runHttpGetDataLoader function might fail. The problem occurs when you use the runHttpGetDataLoader function to retrieve data from different HTTP endpoints in the same session. A request to retrieve data from SAS Enterprise Case Management might fail if you have already requested data from SAS^® Anti-Money Laundering, and vice versa.

For example, you might encounter the following error after retrieving data from SAS Anti-Money Laundering and then clicking the Refresh Suspects from Parent Entity button in a report screen:

When the problem occurs, the SASEntCaseManagement6.3.log might contain errors similar to the following:

To work around the problem, log off from the application and then log back on before requesting the data from the second HTTP endpoint.
