Usage Note 58530: Toolbar buttons are missing from workflow diagrams in SAS® Workflow Administrator

You can use SAS Workflow Administrator to view the workflow diagram for a business object in some SAS® solutions, such as SAS® Enterprise GRC or SAS® Enterprise Case Management. However, you might see blank boxes instead of the expected icons for the toolbar buttons at the top of the diagram. In addition, one or more elements might be missing from the workflow diagram.
For example, in the following diagram, the toolbar buttons are blank, and the terminating node 
is missing:
To work around the problem, remove the following line from the config.xml file in the SAS-configuration-directory\Web\WebAppServer\SASServer7_1\sas_webapps\sas.workflow.adminconsole.war\ directory:
