Unexpected error messages occur when you attempt to connect to Microsoft SQL Server 2014 with SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC in SAS Enterprise Guide. The actual message is shown below:
The problem occurs when you use the old version 6 ODBC driver that was designed for SQL Server 2005. To resolve the problem, upgrade your system to the latest ODBC driver from Microsoft.

fixed.
The problem occurs when you use older (version 6) drivers. To resolve the problem, use the Version 11 or later ODBC drivers.
