Problem Note 58068: A calculated item that includes the INTNX function fails validation in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, when you create a calculated item that includes the INTNX function, the calculated item might fail validation. If the validation fails, the following error might appear:
The validation failure and error occur under the following circumstances:
- You create a calculated item that includes the INTNX function (for example: intnx('month',today(),2,'s')).
- You set the data type as Date in the Calculated Item Properties window.
- You click the Validate button or you attempt to save the calculated item.
The validation should not fail under these circumstances, and the error message is misleading.
