Problem Note 57780: PROC GAMPL might terminate abnormally when a large value is specified in the MAXKNOTS= option

If you specify a large value for the MAXKNOTS= option in PROC GAMPL, the procedure might abnormally terminate. Possible error messages include floating point exception, access violation, and segmentation violation.
To circumvent the problem, reduce the MAXKNOTS= value.
