Problem Note 52742: Incorrect counts might be produced when a Limit node is used in conjunction with Exclusion nodes in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
A SAS Customer Intelligence Limit node might include subjects that were excluded previously in the campaign flow. Here is an example:

In the flow above, the SQL that is generated does not join correctly with the subjects in the Target(P) Cell node. To work around this issue, place a Cell node in the flow before the Limit node.
