Problem Note 46620: The EMBED_TITLES_ONCE="YES" option still prints all titles with the ExcelXP tagset
The ExcelXP tagset option EMBED_TITLES_ONCE="YES" should allow titles to appear only once when multiple tables are added to the same worksheet. Even when this option is specified, multiple titles are still incorrectly added to the worksheet.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.

All titles are added to the worksheet even though the EMBED_TITLES_ONCE="YES" ExcelXP tagset option has been specified.
