Problem Note 45569: SAS® Enterprise Guide® might freeze or flicker in a Citrix environment

When accessing SAS Enterprise Guide through a Citrix client, you might encounter windows that are blank or flickering.
This problem occurs because of Microsoft WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), which SAS Enterprise Guide uses in its interface.
The same scenario might also occur with the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office.
To fix the issue, use the following Microsoft hot fix. Apply the hot fix to the server only. Note that Microsoft SP2 must be installed.
