Problem Note 45322: A "Service temporarily unavailable" error message appears when exporting to Excel from the Issues screen

SAS® Enterprise GRC has a capability to add custom fields to the Issues screen. However, when you export data from the Issues screen to Excel, if the screen has custom fields on it, then you might receive an error message:
Service temporarily unavailable
