Problem Note 43753: A "Read Access Violation" error might be issued when an ODS GRAPHICS ON statement is used with PROC REPORT
In SAS® 9.1, if an ODS GRAPHICS ON statement is used with PROC REPORT, the following error message is written to the SAS Log:
