Usage Note 42875: SAS Universal Viewer customizations are lost when you open a file with the Microsoft Windows Explorer
When you click a file in the Windows Explorer to open it in the SAS Universal Viewer, SAS Universal Viewer customizations are lost. To maintain the customizations, open the SAS Universal Viewer first, then click the file.
