Problem Note 35737: Redundant reference to the appserver_autoexec_usermods.sas file causes the file to be executed twice

The SAS® OLAP Server, the SAS® Workspace Server, and the SAS® Stored Process Server definitions each contain an autoexec.sas file that is used to submit start-up SAS code. Each of the autoexec.sas files contains an %include statement for the appserver_autoexec_usermods.sas file and for the appserver_autoexec.sas file, which are located in the Application Server folder.
Because the appserver_autoexec.sas file also contains an %include statement for the appserver_autoexec_usermods.sas file, the content of the appserver_autoexec_usermods.sas file is executed twice.
To prevent the multiple submissions, remove the %include statement for the appserver_autoexec_usermods.sas file from the autoexec.sas files for the SAS OLAP, SAS Workspace, and SAS Stored Process servers.
