Problem Note 31331: Date values appear as asterisks in SAS® Information Map Studio and are missing in SAS® Web Report Studio
In SAS Information Map Studio, date values in test query results might appear as asterisks. In SAS Web Report Studio, those same date values might be missing in the results.
This situation is most likely to occur when an incompatible date format is applied to a datetime data item in the information map.
There are two remedies:
- Edit the data item to use one of the available datetime formats.
- Edit the expression to use the DATEPART function (as shown below). If you use the DATEPART function, then you can apply regular date formats to the data item.
