Problem Note 19672: The SEND_ALERT_REMINDER macro generates an incorrect SYMBOLGEN message
The SEND_ALERT_REMINDER macro might generate the following message:
SYMBOLGEN: Macro variable TRANS_RC resolves to 999999
This message is incorrect. The macro should not generate a TRANS_RC code
of 999999.
