Problem Note 15612: Scroll bar not displayed for some Exceptions trees in Quick Start gallery

When the Quick Start wizard is used to generate a web report gallery, the frame displaying the report tree shows no scroll bar when
Exceptions -> Summary or Exceptions -> Results
is selected. One cannot scroll down to see further report categories. The scroll bar is present for other categories.
