Problem Note 14414: Identifiers of OLE objects in a book are not unique
In SAS Financial Management, as chapters are copied between local and
remote finroots, OLE objects within the chapters keep their identifiers.
If an object is copied into a finroot that already has an existing
object of the same identifier, an error occurs when opening the chapter.
ERROR: Unable to load object -2 from catalog.
