Problem Note 13421: Hot fix available to enable new enhancements and apply additional fixes
in IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) 1.2
A required Technical Support hot fix is available for SAS IT Service
Level Management (ITSLM) 1.2, to incorporate new enhancements and fixes
in the following areas of the software:
o Client-server communication interface
o ETL, validation and synchronization
o Reporting
o Client GUI
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
