Gain a better understanding of your customers and the roles they play in social networks by analyzing those networks and identifying relationships among customers. You can then use that information for more accurate profiling and segmentation. SAS Customer Link Analytics helps you find communities within a network and quantify the relative importance of nodes within a community or network. You can also identify the role that each node plays within its community.
