This course addresses capabilities of SAS Asset Performance Analytics 6.2, including out-of-the-box stability analysis, data selection, and data exploration using SAS Visual Analytics. The course includes demonstrations using data collected from the SAS Smart Campus project at SAS World Headquarters in Cary, NC.
Learn how to
- complete two of the four steps to load data to the SAS Asset Performance Analytics data mart
- use the Explorations workspace to examine multiple assets and their associated sensors as well as user-defined events
- use the Data Selection workspace to subset the data to focus on specific assets and execute out-of-the-box analyses
- use the Stability Monitoring workspace to identify normal operating time periods and generate regression and ARIMA time series models
- use numerous fit statistics to choose the appropriate model for prediction of future values
- use SAS Stored Processes and your code to develop more sophisticated, complex models
- use SAS Event Stream Processing and your own business rules to generate alerts
