This course provides an introduction to the administrative and reporting capabilities of SAS IT Resource Management. The course introduces and illustrates the value of an IT performance data warehouse, which is the IT data mart created by the SAS IT Resource Management solution. You use SAS IT Resource Management to build and maintain an IT data mart. You also explore the use of this solution to create the jobs that extract, transform, and load (ETL) IT performance and usage data, and summarize this data. In this course, you use SAS Enterprise Guide to analyze data and create reports, explore the creation of performance and exception report jobs that can be run in batch, and leverage the ITRM Report Center web application to organize and distribute IT domain intelligence reports to user communities.
