Presented by Sebastien Schouteten obtained his license in mathematics in the university of Mons-Hainaut and his license in actuarial sciences in the University of Warocqué in Mons. He started his career as actuary in the Employee Benefits department and then in the ALM department of AG Insurance. Next he became the head of the Solvency II project at Dexia Insurance Belgium. Since 2 years, he is the Business Development Manager for Insurance at SAS, sharing his experience in insurance with the sector.; or Dr. Katrien Antonio is an assistant professor in actuarial science at both the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) and the University of Amsterdam (UvA). Katrien holds a Ph.D. from KU Leuven, entitled “Statistical tools for non-life insurance: essays on claims reserving and ratemaking for panels and fleets. She is teaching non-life and life insurance mathematics in Amsterdam and Leuven.
