This course focuses on how to surface information clearly, accurately, and quickly; expose relationships among activities and their impacts on shareholder value; determine which activities drive others and what impact these activities have on organization performance; and identify potential problems by determining their root causes. In the course, you plan and create a scorecard project; create and populate parent and child scorecards; create and apply thresholds, ranges, and column selections; create element hierarchies and display dashboards; and create diagrams. You manage a scorecard hierarchy, create aggregate views, and create comments and preferences. Finally, you access a scorecard through Microsoft Office and apply security measures.
