Acest curs introductiv este adresat utilizatorilor SAS care realizează analize statistice cu pachetul SAS/STAT. Subiectele acoperă testele t, ANOVA și regresia liniară și include o scurtă introducere în regresia logistică. Acest curs, sau cunoștințele echivalente, constituie o cerință inițială multor cursuri din programul de formare în analiza statistică.

Pentru o tratare mai aprofundată a metodelor ANOVA și a regresiei, este recomandat cursul Statistics 2: ANOVA and Regression, iar pentru aprofundarea regresiei logistice sunt recomandate cursurile Categorical Data Analysis Using Logistic Regression și Predictive Modeling Using Logistic Regression.

This course is for experienced R users who want to apply their existing skills and extend them to the SAS environment. Emphasis is placed on programming and not statistical theory or interpretation.
