This tab provides the following controls. If the axis variable has a SAS
informat, most fields display an 
button. You can click the button to input a value by using the informat.
- Major tick unit
- This box enables you to specify the interval between major ticks. The positions of the major ticks are computed as offsets of the major tick unit from the anchor tick
- Anchor tick
- This box enables you to specify the position of a major tick from which the positions of the other major ticks are computed.
- Number of minor ticks
- This box enables you to specify the number of minor ticks that should be displayed between consecutive major ticks. The interval between minor ticks is determined by the major tick unit and the number of minor ticks
- Visible Axis Range: Minimum
- This box enables you to control the scaling and positioning of the axis. The axis is scaled and positioned so that the value you specify in this box appears at the left edge of the Plot Area.
- Visible Axis Range: Maximum
- This box enables you to control the scaling and positioning of the axis. The axis is scaled and positioned so that the value you specify in this box appears at the right edge of the Plot Area.
- Tick Range: Minimum
- This box enables you to specify the minimum value for which the axis should display tick marks and labels.
- Tick Range: Maximum
- This box enables you to specify the maximum value for which the axis should display tick marks and labels.
- Reset
- This button enables you to reset all the controls in this tab to their default state
The minimum and maximum values for Visible Axis Range do not necessarily correspond to the edges of the plot area, because the plot area also has plot area margins.
This tab provides the following controls:
- Font
- This list box enables you to specify the typeface of the font used to display the axis tick labels.
- Font style
- This list box enables you to specify the style of the font used to display the axis tick labels.
- Size
- This list box enables you to specify the point size of the font used to display the axis tick labels.
- Color
- This drop-down color selector enables you to specify the color in which the axis tick labels should be displayed.
- Strikeout
- This checkbox enables you to specify whether a line is drawn through the axis tick label.
- Underline
- This checkbox enables you to specify whether a line is drawn below the axis tick label.
This tab provides the following controls:
- Style
- This drop-down list enables you to specify the style (solid, dotted, dashed, etc.) of the axis line and tick marks.
- Width
- This drop-down list enables you to specify the width of the axis line and tick marks.
- Color
- This drop-down color selector enables you to specify the color of the axis line and tick marks.
