Data Viewer - Filters

You can use the tabs on the Filters dialog to specify filtering conditions for the Data Viewer tab. To access the dialog, click Filter in the Data Viewer toolbar. The dialog contains the following elements:

• Sample - Enables you to specify the maximum number of rows that are displayed in the Data Viewer tab.
• Row Filter - Enables you to select fields that are filtered. You can set filters to exclude or include values in each fields.
• Field Filter - Enables you to select the fields that are displayed in the Data Viewer tab.

Note that the SELECT statement generated by each tab is displayed at the bottom of the Filters dialog.
