Importing and Exporting Quality Knowledge Base Schemes

You can import and export Quality Knowledge Base (QKB) schemes from the Administration riser bar. For example, you can import a scheme that another user created. You can also export your QKB schemes so that other users can import and use them. Schemes are transformations tables that can be applied on a phrase- or element-level basis.

To import or export a scheme, perform the following steps:

1. Select a QKB from the Quality Knowledge Bases folder in the Administration riser bar.
2. Click the Schemes tab in the Quality Knowledge Base pane.
3. To import a scheme, click Import in the Quality Knowledge Base pane toolbar. Then, select the scheme in the file selection dialog.
4. To export a scheme, select a scheme in the Quality Knowledge Base pane and click Export in the toolbar. Then, select the destination for the scheme in the file selection dialog
