_lseek is a version of lseek designed
to operate only on HFS files. _lseek runs faster and calls
fewer other library routines than lseek. See
lseek for a full description.
_lseek is used exactly like the standard lseek
function. The first argument to _lseek must be the file
descriptor for an open HFS file.
