SAS 9.2 Publishing Framework provides enhancements to security, and support of the HTTPS protocol and IPV6 addresses.
| General Enhancements |
The following enhancements have been made to the Publishing Framework:
Write permission is required for publishing to channels. This enables you to restrict who can publish by administering permissions.
The HTTPS protocol and IPV6 addresses are supported when publishing to a WebDAV server.
The following Publishing Framework components are obsolete:
SAS Publisher
SAS Subscription Manager
