To customize the predefined
tasks for your site, you can edit the XML code that is used to create
the task.
To edit a predefined
task:

In the navigation pane,
open the
Tasks section.

Expand the folder that
contains the task.

Right-click the name
of the task that you want to edit and select
Add to My
Tasks. The
Add to My Tasks window
opens.

Specify a name and description
for the task. By default, the name and description from the predefined
task is used. Using the
Category drop-down
list, you can also specify where to save a copy of this task in the
My
Tasks folder. If you select
(none),
the task is added directly to the
My Tasks folder.
Click Add.

Open the
My
Tasks folder and select the copied task.

Click
. The XML file for the task appears.

Edit the XML file and
save your changes. To preview your changes, click
