Use the
Set Selection page to specify the set or group for which you want
to create the metadata. Based on the selection that you made on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page, you can select a specific group or groups within a specified
controlling area and/or chart of accounts. Controlling area and chart
of accounts are organizational units that are defined in your SAP
R/3 System. The set identifier is the technical identifier of the
group or set. The technical identifier consists of the hierarchy type
identifier (set class), the chart of accounts or controlling area,
and the set (or group) name.
The Set
Selection page contains the following items:
Subset set selection by controlling area or chart
of accounts
subsets SAP R/3 hierarchies
or groups by controlling area and chart of accounts. Here are the
subset options:
identifies the controlling
area that contains the set for which you want to extract data. When
you select the controlling area, the chart of accounts that is associated
with the controlling area is automatically selected. This value is
required unless you selected
Account Group on the
Hierarchy
Type Selection page.
identifies the chart
of accounts that contains the set for which you want to extract data.
The chart of accounts that is associated with the controlling area
that you selected is automatically selected. This value is required.
Read standard hierarchies for chart of accounts
specifies whether you
want to extract data from all standard hierarchies in the selected
chart of accounts and combine all metadata in a single data set. Here
are the hierarchy options:
Include all controlling areas for chart of accounts
indicates that you
want to extract data from all standard hierarchies for all controlling
areas that are associated with the selected chart of accounts.
identifies the name
of top parent node, which is the root node name for all standard hierarchies
of a chart of accounts. Enter the name that you want to use. The default
name is derived from the selected hierarchy type.
Note: These fields
are enabled only if you selected
Cost element group or
standard hierarchy,
Business process group
or standard hierarchy, or
Profit center group
or standard hierarchy on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page.
enables you to select
a specific group and set or standard hierarchy for which you want
to extract data. The group is associated with the selected chart of
accounts. The options vary depending on the selection that you make
on the
Hierarchy Type Selection page . Here are the options:

Cost element group on the previous page. Enter the set

are included in the specified chart of accounts and controlling area.

an activity type group. This field displays only if you selected
Activity type group on the previous page. Enter the
set name or click

are included in the specified chart of accounts and controlling area.
Statistical key figure group
enables you to select
a statistical key figure group. This field displays only if you selected
Statistical key figure group on the previous page. Enter

groups that are included in the specified chart of accounts and controlling
area.

a business process group. This field displays only if you selected

center group or standard hierarchy in the
Hierarchy Type Selection page, when you select the
Controlling Area in the Set Selection page the standard hierarchy (the chart of accounts
and group) are automatically selected.
