Use the
External File Location page to specify where to store the external
file. Use the
File name field to enter the
location. The file location that is stored within the InfoPackage
metadata displays by default and can be changed. If the file does
not exist at the specified location, you are prompted
to create the file when you continue to the next page in the wizard.
Note: The default
drive name relates to the server specified in the InfoPackage, which
could be either a drive on an SAP server or a drive on a client machine.
You must be familiar with the location specified in the InfoPackage
and make sure that you reference the location the same way. For example,
the location specified as
G:\sapbw\SalesCubeCSV\ippsale\m_office.csv
refers to the G: drive on an SAP server, which is most likely not
on your local machine.
The
All files in this location check box is disabled in
this wizard.

displays files that
are stored locally.

File Locations Settings page.
