A
query is a metadata object that manages the references to input tables,
output and staging tables, joins, and summarizations from a SAS Visual Data Builder
session. You can save queries and open them later to edit the data
preparation operations that are performed in the query. You can also
use saved queries as subqueries when you design a new query.
