SPD Server starts, it reads the information stored in the libnames.parm
parameter file. The libnames.parm parameter file establishes the names and file storage locations
of SPD Server domains during the server
session. A
domain is an SPD Server resource that enables you to access and manipulate tables, views,
and so on. Administrators use the libnames.parm parameter file as a central tool to
control domain resources and user access to the domains.
