No new features were added to the Base SAS high-performance utility procedures in the third maintenance release of Base SAS 9.4, which corresponds to release 14.1 of the SAS High-Performance Analytics products.
In the second maintenance release of Base SAS 9.4, which corresponds to release 13.2 of the SAS High-Performance Analytics products, infrastructure enhancements were made and new functionality was added in several procedures. The remainder of this chapter describes those enhancements and functionality.
