Understanding the SAS Namespace Metadata Types
To make the SAS namespace of the SAS Metadata Model more understandable, metadata types that support a scenario are grouped into submodels. Groupings are for documentation purposes only. For information about the groupings, see SAS Namespace Submodels.
Also, see Hierarchy and Associations Diagrams. The diagrams provide graphical representations of subclassing and the associations defined between the metadata types in each submodel.
In addition, see Usage Scenarios. This section recommends which metadata types to use to create logical metadata definitions to represent common application entities.
