Here are some additional
considerations for setting the address value that allows communication
with Data Management Server:

If your environment contains a
host name that is associated with a single IP address, then host name
and IP address can be used interchangeably on a client/server connection.
You can use either for the Data Management Server
setting in SAS Management Console.

If your environment contains multiple
IP addresses (at least one IPv4 and one IPv6) that are associated
with a host name, then a host name on one end of the connection might
not resolve to the correct IP address at the other end of a connection.
In these cases, you must set the following value in dmserver.cfg to
a blank value: dmserver/soap/listen_host =.
