A frequency distribution lists the values of a variable and indicates how many times each value occurs. The Count column shows that frequency, and the Percent column presents the frequency as a percent of the total number of observations.
Note that missing values are listed, but percentages are computed on the basis of the total number of observations minus the number of observations having missing values for the variable.
