You can specify whether a normal curve, a kernel curve, or both should be superimposed on the histogram. For a kernel curve, you can specify the kernel function and the smoothing parameter to be used in producing the curve.
Your curve type preferences are saved from session to session. However, the kernel function and smoothing parameter are not saved. By default, neither curve is displayed.
