A pull-down menu displays a list of options when you select a menu bar item.
For example, selecting the Journal menu bar item in SAS/LAB software often results in the following pull-down menu:
Save current graph
Review -->Print -->Change graphics settings...
To close a pull-down menu, move the cursor off of the menu. You may need to press <Enter> or click outside the pull-down menu to close it.
