The beginning and end of
SAS IT Resource Management reporting code includes a flag to inform
Gallery Manager that the report job has started and ended. If you
run multiple jobs during the day while you are also working with the
Gallery Manager, the report job runs might overlap and the subsequent
Gallery Manager cache updates can be delayed as they overlap.
For best results, run
multiple report jobs at night or when there is little activity on
the Gallery Manager. This ensures that there is little or no overlap
of separate report jobs running, which can delay the update of the
cache.
Note: Run your report jobs only
after the corresponding aggregation jobs are complete.
