The mode is
specified as an integer (for example, PERM=755). The value is converted
by the engine to a umask. If no permission is specified, the access
permissions for the table are set according to the umask of user that
loads the table.
For Windows servers,
the UNIX mode setting is not applicable. Access is controlled according
to permissions that you set manually on the signature files directory.
