Because functions
are associated with a database, the functions inherit the access rights
of that database. It could be useful to create a separate shared database
for the functions so that access rights can be customized as needed.
In addition, you must have the following permissions to publish the
functions in Teradata:

the publishing of the SAS_PUT( ) function and formats fails.
