The PRNGETLIST option
specifies that SAS recognizes all printers that are attached to the
system. NOPRNGETLIST specifies that SAS does not recognize the printers
that are attached to the system. NOPRNGETLIST can be used by SAS technical
support as an alternative to advising users to delete all the printers
on their system. NOPRNGETLIST can also be used when SAS is started
by the object spawner in order to avoid the performance penalty of
discovering printers and their capabilities
