WCUT is intended to
be used with the toolbar commands and is valid only when the active
window is an editor window, such as the
PROGRAM EDITOR window. When you enter the WCUT command, the active window's menu
is searched for a CUT item. If there is a CUT item, the marked contents
of the active window are moved to the Windows clipboard. If there
is no CUT item, WCUT will execute the CUT command.
