The CONFIG_SCHEMAS view
contains generic configuration variables for schemas defined in the
definition schema. All configuration settings for a single schema
can be obtained by concatenating rows matching the correct CATALOG_NAME
and SCHEMA_NAME and ordering the results by sequence.
