No. On Microsoft Windows
systems, the default location for the global standards library is
the c:/cstGlobalLibrary directory.
On UNIX systems, the default location for the global standards library
is the /usr/local/cstGlobalLibrary directory.
This
location is assumed (and referenced as global standards library directory)
throughout this document. global standards library directory can point
to any location that is accessible by SAS.
